1. Nature of the Service
QuickSave is a media archiving utility designed strictly to locate and proxy publicly accessible audio, video, and image streams. QuickSave does not store, host, or catalog user media on permanent servers. All streamed files are retrieved transiently from public third-party content distribution networks.
2. Authorized Use & Personal Archival
Users may only download content that they own, content in the public domain, or content for which they have received express permission or a valid license from the respective copyright holder. QuickSave is intended solely for personal, non-commercial archival and fair use.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to bypass private account restrictions, passwords, or authentication barriers.
- Attempting to bypass Digital Rights Management (DRM) or technological protection measures.
- Using automated scraping, denial-of-service bots, or flooding the stream proxy.
- Downloading non-consensual imagery, defamatory material, or media that violates any applicable law.
- Using internal loopback or private network targets to trigger Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF).
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
QuickSave is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We make no representations that the service will remain uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any external website changes.
5. Third-Party Trademarks
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and Vimeo are registered trademarks of their respective owners. QuickSave is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by any of these entities.
